To introduce the Inner Wheel (IW) to the younger generation through competitions colleges, it’s essential to design events that resonate with their interests and aspirations while aligning with IW’s core values of friendship, personal service, and international Promoting these competitions through social media, college networks, and collaboration with educational institutions can effectively reach and engage the younger demographic.
Additionally, offering internships, mentorship opportunities with IW members, or participation in international IW events as prizes can further incentivize participation and deepen the engagement with Rotary Inner Wheel.
