The Design Leadership Activities program focuses on developing leadership skills through creative and collaborative challenges. It includes team-based design projects where participants are tasked with brainstorming, planning, and executing innovative solutions to real-world problems. Workshops on effective communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution are integral, fostering essential leadership qualities like empathy, strategic thinking, and adaptability.
Participants also engage in role-playing scenarios to practice leadership in various contexts. The program encourages reflection and feedback, enabling participants to identify their strengths and areas for improvement. By merging design thinking with leadership training, the program cultivates a new generation of leaders who are creative, empathetic, and decisive.
To empower tomorrow’s Leaders, we also took another initiative to start a club called ‘Kutty Cops” in Pollachi and Udumalpet. Student of Grade 5 were selected and were addressed by the Police department. Just like the Police departments, the children also created several departments and selected their leaders. They took an oath to bring a change in the school and also in the community
